Blade Design

Specifically tailored to the average local wind resource, our blades are engineered to produce electricity in marginal wind speed conditions. In addition, our lower tip speeds significantly reduce infrasound noise pollution, making our turbines a more environmentally friendly option. We also take into consideration the environmental conditions of the turbine location, by customizing the blade skin color. The blades are made from off-the-shelf materials and components, which are 100% recyclable, eliminating hazardous waste issues at the end of their life. Our field-replaceable blades are also designed to be easily replaced on-site, without the need for cranes or specialized equipment. With our innovative blade design, we are providing a sustainable and efficient solution for wind energy generation.

Control Systems

The wind turbine control system is designed to provide maximum efficiency and reliability, ensuring 100% stand-alone and failsafe operation. Our fully integrated automation system incorporates the latest technology and is designed to provide seamless operation, minimizing the risk of failure. With our advanced control system, our turbine can be accessed and monitored from anywhere in the world, providing real-time data on turbine performance and enabling remote control. This feature ensures that any potential issues can be identified and addressed quickly, minimizing downtime and maximizing energy production. Pitch Control

Our pitch control system is designed to be simple and reliable, providing maximum efficiency and durability. With all mechanical pitch control in the blade carrier, no hydraulics or electronics are required, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective solution. Our blade carrier box features a high strength, bolt-together construction, ensuring maximum durability and reliability. Additionally, the main bearing is field replaceable, and the pitch control bearings are cartridge-based, making maintenance and repairs simple and easy. All pitch bearings and housings are designed to be field-replaceable, without the need for a crane or specialized equipment. With our pitch control system, we provide a reliable and efficient solution for wind energy generation.

Tower Construction

The tower construction is a true innovation in wind turbine technology, providing a sustainable and durable solution for wind energy generation. Our bolt-together tower design is constructed from off-the-shelf, high-tensile, non-corrosive aluminum square tubing, eliminating the need for special coatings or paint. This design is not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly, reducing the carbon footprint of the turbine. We have also incorporated a replaceable high-fatigue leg location, which can be replaced in-situ without disassembling the whole tower, resulting in easy maintenance and repairs. Additionally, a fabric-enclosed tower is available, providing additional protection and minimizing noise pollution. Our tower can be installed on-site without the need for cranes or specialized lifting equipment, making installation quick and easy. With our tower construction, we are providing a reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable solution for wind energy generation.

Drive System

Our proprietary direct drive modular system is specifically designed for this application, providing a unique and reliable solution for wind turbines. By minimizing the total number of major components, we have reduced the potential failure points. Additionally, this innovative design eliminates the need for a gearbox, which is a common failure point in traditional turbines. Our modular and stackable drive system is easily expandable, with variable speed blade rotation eliminating the need for a frequency converter or variable frequency drive (VFD). The continuous variable speed transmission driving generators allows for operation with a wide wind speed range. An integral crane is included for easy servicing, eliminating the need for third-party cranes, and a failsafe parking brake is an integral part of the drive system, ensuring maximum safety and reliability.

Hydrogen Production

We have developed a state-of-the-art hydrogen production system that leverages renewable energy and water to produce hydrogen gas at a high capacity and on a scalable basis. The system is designed to efficiently convert renewable energy into hydrogen through electrolysis, making it an eco-friendly alternative to traditional methods of hydrogen production. With its ability to scale up and down depending on demand, our hydrogen production system is ideal for use in a variety of applications, including industrial processes, transportation, and energy storage.
